The AP5 is a roller delayed blowback firearm based and built by MKE in Turkey off of the original and historic HK MP5  design from the 1970’s, AND built using genuine HK tooling.  This makes the Century/MKE builds some of the highest quality and most authentic versions of the iconic MP5-type firearm you can get.   Adopted for use across the globe, no other firearm of its type has been more successful. These firearms are available in a midsized version AP5-P, and a fully concealable version AP5-M (as listed here). The Base model doesn’t mean that corners have been cut; it’s the same gun offered at a more attractive price by eliminating costly extras such as scope mount, cleaning kit, sling, muzzle brake, and  including just the firearm, the hard case, and one magazine. All AP5 firearms are chambered in 9×19 mm and have a cold hammer forged barrel with a 1:9.8″ twist.
