These modules are not returnable for a refund, as stated in our FAQ. HOWEVER, even though these are some of our most popular items…so popular that they usually sell faster than we finish them, and the feedback we get from customers is almost unanimously positive…we understand that for most people, buying one without trying it is a gamble.  So in order to make the purchase less risky for you, and to do our best to ensure that you get the full benefit and satisfaction out of our work, we offer a convenient (and usually no cost) after-sale tailoring service to help you achieve the ideal fit. Â
Our standard profiles, which are meant to fit most people,may not be an ideal fit for you. But our philosophy is that custom work is personal, not cookie-cutter.So if you get one of our modules with the Razorback and/or the Grip Heel Enhancement mod and would like the size/profile adjusted to fit you better, we will do this for you at no charge, AND we will cover return shipping when we are done.   Also FYI, if you got one of our custom modules without the Razorback or the Grip Heel mods, you can send the module back and we’ll add them for just the cost of the new mods. As with the above tailoring service, return shipping is on us. For either of these services, you pay the shipping to send it back to us
We just ask that you use the module on your pistol for dry or live fire for at least 15 days to get used to it and to form a solid idea of exactly how/where it needs to before requesting any reprofiling.
ALSO NOTE: We craft our Razorback and Grip Heel Enhanced modules by hand, one at a time. Although we have a template that we use to measure the finished modules against, because of their hand-crafted nature and being done by different people here, the shape/profile of each module can vary somewhat. Also our work evolves over time and we make changes based on customer feedback, which can also result in changes to the profile.   If you have one of our modules already and are purchasing additional ones, please be aware that what you got from us in the past may not be the same was what you get now. To avoid any unmet expectations, if you have one of our modules already and want to be sure that what you get now is close to what you already have, please place your order and then email us photos (side profile and bottom/magwell opening view) of your current module and we’ll do our best to match it. Also note that if you get a module from us and it’s not close enough to your previous module for your liking, we’ll reprofile it for you at no charge. This Razorback grip is hands down the best grip module you can put on the P365XL. I spent days looking at dozens of custom options and I’m so glad I went with this one. It’s light, the stippling is perfect (plenty of grip but not so much that it rubs you raw for concealed carry) and the hump makes a huge difference for recoil control. All other custom options are relatively close in price but are basically bedazzled stock grips, this one is in a league of its own. Kudos to Boresight for thinking outside the box on this fantastic product!

“Master Ben” “The ModFather” He goes by many names and lives up to all of them! This Mod definitely improves the 365XL hands down. Their unique stipple job alone is by far the best functioning design I have used on any grip. The “Razorback” provides that locked in feel and confidence shooting these smaller guns. When I got it, I contacted Ben on how I could mod it further to fit my bigger hand. I was on the phone with Ben the next day. Ben is very personable, and we chatted on the phone until he understood exactly the extra little things I was looking for to make it perfect for me! Right off the bat you could tell Ben has a genuine interest in making the best functioning grip for every person and you can tell he enjoys the work he gets to do. I just want to give a huge THANK YOU! To Ben and the Boresight Solutions team! Good customer service is hard to come by these days and they knocked it out of the park! The added material on the back of the grip is great but it’s still too narrow for my hands. I went back to the stock grip with a Hogue Overall added. Feels great.

Hey Ken, thanks for the feedback. We offer a service where we can reprofile the Razorback (make it bigger/taller, or narrower/smaller) to better suit each person’s liking, usually at no charge. Just cover shipping. Certain things we have to charge for, like thickening the heel of the grip at the base, as that is labor intensive like the Razorback. But general reprofiling and retexturing of a razorback grip we already did, no charge. If you’d like to have use tweak the frame for you, let me know. Ben

I know this is a very late reply, but I just saw it. Not sure if you’re aware, but we have a policy on these finished modules where in cases like yours where you need additional thickness, we’ll make the Razorback larger for you at no charge. If you need additional thickness all the way down to the bottom, we can add our Grip Heel Enhancement mod as well (for additional cost). That only addresses front to back diameter though.

This grip is fantastic. I’ve tried many different types from Sig, Grey Guns, Icarus Precision, Armory Craft and this is the one I’m keeping on my carry firearm. The way the grip fits my hand is perfect as the Razerback seats into my palm and it creates a little more surface area for my support hand as well. Ben was super helpful and also did a customization for me as my hands are a little too large for the standard P365 XL grip so he built up the base to prevent the meat of my hand from interfering with magazine drops so now rapid reloads work perfectly. Highly recommend!

This grip with the razorback hump mod is truly great. The stippling work plus the hump make it feel like it’s attached to your hand. way better than the stock grip. highly recommended.
