Fits P365X and P365XL.  These Competition Series modules feature our popular Razorback mod, as well as enlargement of the grip heel/base.  This combo is the answer for shooters who pinch the heel of the hand between the grip and the magazine when reloading (or who simply want a more substantial grip, and who also want the benefits of the Razorback.  See photos showing the heel profile difference compared to a standard Razorback module without the grip heel enhancement. Enlarging the heel of the grip provides more clearance with the base of your hand during reloads and makes for a more hand-filling profile overall, and the Razorback helps the frame index more consistently when acquiring your master grip on the draw, and locks into the hollow of your hand like a ball & socket to resist slip under recoil.  Medium texture.   Grip diameter (front to back) at the base of the grip measures approx 2" with the heel enlargement, and also approx 2" across the grip at the peak of the Razorback.
